Ancient Rome,  Imperial Rome, and Baroque RomeThe first of these tours will guide you through the landmarks of Ancient Rome. Starting from the ruins of the Baths of Caracalla, built between 212 and 216 AD, a temple to health and wellbeing, we will continue to Circus Maximus, and the Piazza della Bocca della Verità ["Mouth of Truth" Square] where you will learn about the fascinating story of the famous "Bocca della Verità." Your tour of Imperial Rome will guide you through places where the people of Rome spent their everyday lives, where they gathered and traded: the Trajan Markets  and the Museum of the Imperial Forum.
