Date Changes and Cancellations - Florence

In all cases, cancellations will have to be noticed in written form by email or fax in order to receive a partial refund (according to the below cancellation policy). The date of the cancellation request is the day when the request in written form is received by Italy Travels. For this reason, valid cancellation requests will not be accepted by phone unless accompanied by a written document.
Cancellation policy varies depending on the type of the requested service.

MUSEUM AND EXHIBITION TICKETS
From the reservation date up to 72 hours prior to the day of the visit, cancellation policy is € 8.00 per ticket. From 72 hours preceding tour date and in case of no-show, cancellation penalty is 100% of total price, therefore no reimbursement will be granted.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS
From reservation day up to 4 days before tour date, cancellation penalty is 30% of the total tour price.
For cancellations communicated to Italy Travels from 3 days prior to tour date, cancellation penalty is 100% of total price, therefore no reimbursement will be granted.
Cancellation policy will be applied proportionally to the number of cancelled tour participants.
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR GUIDED GROUP TOURS (regular tours)
From reservation day up to 9 days prior to tour date, cancellation penalty is 10% of total tour price.
If cancellation conveys between 8 to 4 days prior to tour date, cancellation penalty is 30% of total tour price.
For cancellations communicated to Italy Travels from 3 days prior to tour date, cancellation penalty is 100% of total price, therefore no reimbursement will be granted.
