CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATIONS

Museum tickets can never be canceled or modified (name, type, date and time).
In case of cancellation of tickets or tours, please contact our offices via email info@italy-travels.it

In any case, cancellations must be communicated in writing by email or fax in order to receive a partial refund of the amount paid, where provided for by the cancellation policy below. For the purposes of calculating the cancellation penalty, the date of receipt of the cancellation request by the customer will prevail. For this purpose, cancellation requests received by telephone and not accompanied by any written document will not be considered valid.

The cancellation policy varies depending on the type of service purchased. Each city has a different cancellation policy. It is therefore advisable to check the cancellation policy by reading the sheet of the product you intend to book. At the end of the descriptive sheet of each product, you can click on the link which will allow you to read the relevant cancellation policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY – PRIVATE GUIDED TOURS (unless otherwise provided in the individual product sheet)

From booking to 5 working days before the date of the visit, the cancellation penalty applied is equal to 50% of the total price of the tour.
For those cancellations that are communicated to Italy Travels 4 working days before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty applied is the entire amount of the tour (100% of the total price), therefore you will not be entitled to any refund.
The above cancellation policy will be applied pro rata to partial cancellations of the number of tour participants.

CANCELLATION POLICY - GUIDED GROUP TOURS (unless otherwise provided in the individual product sheet)
If the cancellation is communicated within 5 working days before the date of the visit, the cancellation penalty applied is equal to 40% of the total price of the tour.
For those cancellations that are communicated to Italy Travels 3 days before the day of the visit, the cancellation penalty applied is the entire amount of the tour (100% of the total price), therefore you will not be entitled to any refund.

Working days: means the days from Monday to Friday, except for calendar holidays.
